Support & Software Engineering Position (Boston, MA)

Description

Healarium is seeking a talented software engineer to:

  • Participate in software development efforts to create new product features and to enhance the Healarium API (a web service).
  • Support customer engineers in using the Healarium API. Typical needs include support for installation, new releases, branding. Support is delivered over the phone or occasionally by travelling to customer sites.

Position Requirements

  • Seasoned engineer, with 5+ years of experience in software development.      
  • Available for short business trips every 1-2 months within the US.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and accept emergency support calls during after-hours.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage his/her own time.
  • Residence in the Boston area.
  • Experience in Python / Django development – advantage.
  • Background in support – advantage.
  • Undergraduate degree or Master’s degree in computer science or related studies – advantage.
  • Willingness to work at home or at a lone branch office.

 

Support Engineer Position (Israel)

Description

Healarium is seeking a Support Engineer located in Israel, to:  

  • Provide first response for Tier 2 support cases.
  • Prioritize, reproduce and repair support issues.
  • Manage, monitor and administrate the support application and responses.
  • Ensure compliance with organization policies, procedures and work instructions.
  • Provide reports and other management monitoring statistics per request.

Position Requirements

  • Proven track record of at least 3 years of Tier 2 software level support and/or development
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Able to operate the support systems
  • Experience in WEB development: advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
  • Able to work independently

 

QA manager/tester Position (Israel)

Description Healarium is seeking a experienced QA tester/manager with Web-based applications experience located in Israel, The role will include both hands-on testing and leadership and management activities. This is a full-time position (contractor or freelancer is acceptable) for someone who will be the lead QA tester for the product and at the same time will be able to establish and form the QA processes. The candidate will work closely with R&D and will be required to create the entire QA process and systems, and to integrate it with the company's R&D process. The role includes writing of testing documents and execution of software testing.

Position Requirements

  • 3-10 years experience in similar positions.
  •  Required: deep knowledge of QA for Web-based applications. 
  • Familiarity with American regulatory environment - advantage.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated, ability to learn and work independently and take initiative
  • Willingness to do work under deadline pressure and during non-standard working hours.
  • Experience in customer support: advantage.
