The Healarium management team drives the company’s strategic vision to become the leading provider of personal health management solutions. Together, team members have extensive experience leading healthcare IT and other technology companies to market prominence.

Amnon Keynan – Co-founder, CEO and Board Member

Amnon has 25 years of professional experience in multiple areas, including insurance, telecommunications, data security, business processes and service delivery management. Prior to Healarium, Amnon focused his career on software companies: he served as VP with Oblicore, a global provider of enterprise software (now: CA); was founder and CEO of Guardium Inc., a data security startup company (acquired by IBM); and served as VP of Customer Care and Billing at Amdocs Inc. (NYSE: DOX), a market leader in customer experience systems. Amnon’s background includes: VP and CIO of the Israeli Social Security Organization, and IS Manager at the Migdal Insurance Group. Amnon holds a bachelor's degree in social sciences from Tel Aviv University.

Arturo Weschler MD – Co-founder and VP of Health Solutions

Arturo brings more than 20 years of experience in the field of medical informatics. Until recently, and for more than 10 years, he served as CIO of the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center (one of the leading hospitals in Israel). In this role Arturo led major projects in the field of healthcare IT and gained extensive experience in both clinical and administrative systems. Arturo holds an MD degree (graduated cum laude) from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and teaches healthcare IT at the Master of Health Administration program at Tel Aviv University. Arturo served as an MD in the Israel Defense Forces.

Amir Weinstein M.Sc. – Co-founder, VP Engineering and Board Member

Amir has more than 20 years of vast experience in a variety of software product development roles. Prior to joining Healarium, Amir was EVP Products and Technology at ALLOT communications (NASDAQ: ALLT). Prior to joining Allot, Amir was co-founder of Business Layers (now CA), and general manager of its Israeli entity, responsible for corporate product management, development, and operations. Amir has served in other senior management positions, including VP of Engineering at Nortel Networks, where he was responsible for product design and implementation. Amir received his M.Sc. from UCLA and was a fighter jet navigator with the Israel Defense Forces.

Diane Weiner - Director of Business Development

Diane is a senior health care certified consultant.  She founded and owned for 20 years a leading employee benefit consulting firm in Alabama providing services to employers. Her company was acquired by MAW L.L.C. after many successful years in business.  As an executive and entrepreneur Diane has a proven track record in business development, client relationship and account management. Diane holds a B.S. in Human Resources from Indiana University, Bloomington.

David Springer – Active Board Member

David has held executive roles in the healthcare industry since 1988. As CEO of CHF Solutions from 2007 to 2010, David was instrumental in leading the company to profitability and acquisition by Gambro, Inc. Prior to CHF Solutions, David was Senior Vice President, U.S. Division at St. Jude Medical, Inc., responsible for driving the organization’s US strategy and operational plan. David was COO of Hiddenmind Technology Inc., where he successfully realigned the company’s business focus and growth strategy. David also served as a member of the founding team of WebMD (NASDAQ: WBMD) as EVP Business Development/Sales from 1997 to 2000, where he played a critical role in transforming the organization from a start-up medical device/telemedicine company into the nation's #1 Internet healthcare business.
