Amnon Keynan – Co-founder and CEO
Amnon has 25 years of professional experience in multiple areas, including insurance, telecommunications, data security, business processes and service delivery management. Prior to Healarium, Amnon focused his career on software companies: he served as VP with Oblicore, a global provider of enterprise software, was Founder and CEO of Guardium Inc., a data security company, and served as VP of Customer Care and Billing at Amdocs Inc. (NYSE: DOX), a market leader in the Telco industry. Amnon’s background includes: VP and CIO of the Israeli Social Security Organization, and IS Manager at the Migdal Insurance Group. Amnon holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Tel Aviv University.
Arturo Weschler MD – Co-founder and VP of Health Solutions
Arturo brings more than 20 years of experience in the field of Medical Informatics. Until recently, and for more than 10 years, he served as CIO of the Tel Aviv Medical Center (one of the leading hospitals in Israel). In this role Arturo led major projects in the fields of healthcare IT and gained extensive experience in both clinical and administrative systems. Arturo holds an MD degree (graduated Cum Laude) from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and teaches healthcare IT at the Master of Health Administration program at Tel Aviv University. Arturo served as an MD in the Israeli Defense Force.
Amir Weinstein M.Sc. – Co-founder and VP Engineering
Amir has more than 20 years of vast experience in a variety of software product development roles. Prior to joining Healarium Amir was EVP Products and Technology at ALLOT communications (NASDAQ: ALLT). Prior to joining Allot, Amir was Co-Founder of Business Layers (now CA), and General Manager of its Israeli entity, responsible for corporate product management, development, and operations. Amir has served in other senior management positions, including VP of Engineering at Nortel Networks, where he was responsible for product design and implementation. Amir received his M.Sc. from UCLA and was a fighter jet navigator with the Israeli Defense Force.
