- Personal Health Assistant (PHA): Accessible via mobile or Web, the PHA allows individual users to: view health data; follow condition-specific care plans; receive daily tasks; report progress, earn incentives; access educational materials; take health quizzes; and participate in challenges and online communities. All information in the system is updated in real time.
